That is absolutely unbelievable. I understand and deeply appreciate the need to protect children but a little common sense goes a long way. I can't believe they actually fined her!
Unreal. Good God - I hope the officers are made to pay the fine. I have to share this with all my IF friends now - JEBUS!
This town is crazy. On the other hand, I'm sure the ticket will get dismissed.
That is insane. Poor judgement by the police officers. As T said, they should be paying that fine.

That's just out of control. I can't believe they fined her and that it's such a steep fine! I'm beginning to think that common sense is a myth and no longer actually exists.
I had too many negative experiences with police officers in NYC to be surprised by this. Idiot cops.
I am SO f*ckin happy to see I am not the only one that curses!
That is SO ridiculous. You would have to haul me to jail before I paid that one!
